Astronomer Barbie is a real thing. A friend of ours saw this in a thrift store and bought it for us.

Henrietta finds Ed Ting videos to be informative and entertaining.

It all fits, with room to spare, in fact. We got this new (to us) van in 2025.

On "just for ourselves" nights, this is our favourite spot: the E.S.Fox Observatory, operated by our club, the Bluewater Astronomical Society. Dark sky, electricity if we need it, and a red-lit room where we can warm up, drink coffee, check books and star-charts and hang out with other astronomers. The actual observatory is out-of-shot to the right, and is a very impressive structure with a roll-off roof and several pier-mounted telescopes.
